Carrot Stewed Vermicelli

Cut carrots into strips, or use a grating tool to rub them into strips. Wash dried shrimps and drain the water for later use. Shred the green onion and cut the pepper into small pieces.

Pour a small amount of peanut oil and olive oil into the pot, saute the shallots and dried red pepper.

Pour in the dried shrimp, 13 fragrant amount, a small amount of cooking wine and stir-fry for a minute.

Pour in the sliced radish sticks and continue to fry for a few more times.

Add cold water to cover the radish sticks, add vermicelli, and add a small amount of salt.
