Carrot Tofu Porridge.

After washing the rice, soak it in clean water for 10 minutes.

Wash tofu and carrots and dice separately
3.
Celery and coriander mince
4.
Add water to the pot and boil the rice over high heat, then add carrots and diced tofu to boil over high heat
5.
Turn the heat to a low heat and boil it again, then sprinkle in the chopped celery
6.
Finally, sprinkle in the ground coriander and season with salt
