Carrot Tortillas

Prepare all ingredients

Carrots are peeled, washed and cut into small cubes, corn is peeled, sausages are cut into small cubes, chopped green onion and onion diced for later use

Heat oil in a pan, add diced carrots and stir fry for a while, then add corn kernels and diced sausages, fry until 7 is ripe, season with salt, set aside.

Take a clean container, beat 2 eggs ➕ chopped green onion for later use

Add 4 tablespoons of flour to the fried corn kernels, pour in the egg liquid, and stir evenly into a paste.

Take the hot oil from the pan, pour an appropriate amount of paste and fry on a low fire, when one side is cooked, turn over and continue to fry
Tips:
The batter is slightly thinner, and the fried cake is thinner. Onions are added according to personal preference, but may not be added.
