Carrotcake

Peel the white radish, brush shreds and pickle with a little salt.

Soak shiitake mushrooms, Agaricus blazei, scallops, dried shrimps in hot water, then chop them.

Heat a pan with a little oil, green onions, shiitake mushrooms, Agaricus blazei, scallops, dried shrimps and stir fry until fragrant. Add the minced pork and stir-fry the dried radish, salt, chicken essence, and white pepper.

Add cornstarch, muci flour, and rice noodles to the basin, and mix with pickled radish water to make a paste.

Pour the fried radish into the starch paste to adjust the flavor and stir well.

Steam in a steamer for about half an hour, remove and cut into pieces, and serve the food.
