Casserole Frog

1. Cut the ginger, garlic, chili, and onion well and set aside, cut the frog into pieces, add appropriate amount of salt, cornstarch, soy sauce, and ginger slices and marinate for 20 minutes. (Some ingredients are not for this dish and can be ignored)

2. Put oil in a hot pan, add garlic and ginger and stir fry a few times, add frog and continue to stir fry. When the frog changes color, add (the juice of marinated frog). Cover the lid and fry and bake. Add chili, green pepper, onion and stir-fry, add appropriate amount of soy sauce and stir-fry. After the color changes, add fuel consumption, stir-fry evenly and turn off the heat.
Tips:
If you like good taste, you don’t need to cook it for so long. I want to make sure it is cooked.
