Casserole Haggis

Cooked lamb from the market.

Put the cleaned lamb into the pot, cold water in the pot, knotted green onions, sliced ginger, add white wine, and boil for a while.

Wash the cooked haggis repeatedly.

Drain the water, prepare the millet pepper, garlic, and coriander.

Stir fry the lamb and add the whole millet pepper.

Add cooking wine, star anise, sand ginger, garlic stalks and stir-fry evenly, add a little bit of water to boil.

Put in a casserole, add cooking wine, simmer for 30 minutes, add coriander, and start eating.
