After defeating Kunbo's casserole, I want to use it on the rest day to make some soup and improve the life of the next family. Otherwise, I would be sorry for my handsome pot. Hehe.
It may be said that for making good soup, casserole is really the first choice. The soup produced in this casserole is in its original flavor. The soup produced in this casserole is also very popular. Daughters who don’t like soup will also try to drink a large bowl. With a good start, I will continue to persevere.
My casserole has 4.6L. I prepare to drink 1-2 bowls for dinner for a family of three, so there is about 3L of soup.
I just bought iron sticks and yam from the Internet, plus the corn at home, the ribs seemed a little bit small, so I used a chicken leg to make the soup together. After boiling for almost two hours, the soup tastes good.

Tips:

1. Boil the bones first. The froth on the top, especially the black froth, must be cleaned, so that the color of the soup will be clear.
2. Add enough water at one time. First, the big fire will boil and then turn to the low fire.
3. Add the salt last.
