Casserole Soup with Yam and Corn Ribs

Corn cut into sections, yam peeled, rinsed with water, and cut into sections for later use

Rinse the ribs and chicken legs with cold water.

Put the ribs and chicken drumsticks in a casserole, add appropriate amount of pepper and ginger. The fire is on.

Use a colander to remove the foam floating on it. Some of the black parts should be removed.

Put the corn and yam, boil the high heat, turn to low heat, and cook it for about 2 hours.

Add salt to adjust the taste, add some chopped green onion before serving, turn off the heat when stirred.

Put it into the soup pot and start eating.
Tips:
1. Boil the bones first. The froth on the top, especially the black froth, must be cleaned, so that the color of the soup will be clear.
2. Add enough water at one time. First, the big fire will boil and then turn to the low fire.
3. Add the salt last.
