Sometimes it’s really weird that a person has no motivation to cook at home, and just fools himself to deal with it. Like eating noodles, simply cooking noodles and adding favorite seasonings feels different.

Casserole Spicy Vegetarian Noodle Soup

1. Ready to press the wet noodles.

2. Prepare the pepper, dried red pepper and chives; cut the dried red pepper into silk, wash the chives and cut into fine pieces for later use.

3. Wash the cabbage and black fungus, drain and set aside.

4. Heat the casserole, pour in cooking oil; add Chinese prickly ash and dried red pepper to fry for a fragrant flavor.

6. Add the noodles and boil.

2. The cooking time is shorter than wet noodles like dried noodles.
