Casual Version-mushu Meat

Wash and slice the lean meat, then add cooking wine, starch, light soy sauce, and oil to marinate for a while.

Dried fungus and dried day lily are soaked in water and drained, the fungus is cut into pieces, and the day lily is cut into sections. Cucumber slices, pepper slices, garlic slices.

Heat oil in a pot, pour in egg liquid, add some cooking wine and loosen it out

Heat oil in another pot, sauté the garlic slices and then pour in the meat slices, fry until the meat slices are slightly browned

Tips:
1. Cooking can be very casual, and the recipe is just for us as a reference. What vegetables and seasonings to put depends on the habit of the person who eats it. I like spicy, so I put garlic chili sauce.
