Cat Ear Ravioli
1.
Prepare green onion ginger water and meat filling.
2.
Add salt, white pepper and green onion ginger to the meat, mix well and set aside. You can also add an egg white.
3.
This is the wonton wrapper I bought. You can see its thinness and smoothness.
4.
Take a piece of wonton wrapper and put meat filling in the middle.
5.
Fold in half into a triangle.
6.
Put a little stuffing or water on one corner for easy bonding,
7.
Then pinch the two corners together. A small cat ear ravioli is packed.
8.
Boil wontons in a pot,
9.
Then serve with a bowl, dried shrimp skins, seaweed, chopped shallots, light soy sauce, salt, white pepper, and sesame oil.
10.
Boiled wontons should be cooked in small portions, at most two bowls at a time under the condition of ensuring that the water is high and the fire is high, the wontons can be cooked quickly in the pot, the skin is not rotten, the filling is very fresh, and the taste is better.
11.
Put the wonton into a bowl with the soup, add other flavors to your taste, and then you can eat it.
