Cat Version of Fried Prawns
1.
Remove the shrimp silk and feet, because the shrimp silk and shrimp feet are easily burnt during the oiling and frying process, which not only affects the taste and texture, but also emits a lot of oily smoke. So, kids, don’t be afraid of trouble. Open the back to pick out the shrimp thread.
2.
Take a slice of lemon and squeeze the juice, mix it with a tablespoon of cooking wine and a little salt, pour it on the shrimp, mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and marinate in the refrigerator for more than 20 minutes.
3.
Turn on high heat and pour about 250 grams of cooking oil into the pot. When the oil starts to smoke, pour in the marinated shrimp. After all the prawns have changed color, remove them with a colander and set aside.
4.
Pour out the primer and scoop it out. Over high heat, pour a small amount of oil into the pot and stir-fry the green onion and ginger. Add the prawns when the aroma comes out and stir fry a few times.
5.
Pour in 4D soy sauce, add a slice of lemon, and stir-fry for about a minute before serving.
6.
Finally, after cooking, don’t forget to leave a clean kitchen.
Tips:
1. Adding lemon is my whim, so it doesn't matter if there is none.
2. Don't fry or boil the shrimp for a long time, because the shrimp meat will become hard and not tasty when it gets too long.
3. If there are children who like to eat spicy food, you can add a small spoon of Pixian bean paste when frying the green onion and ginger, then add the prawns after frying, and reduce the amount of soy sauce by half.
