Second-fat bread is often made. Now the weather is getting colder and it takes time to make the dough. In order to save trouble, I made the first-fat bread a few times. Too big a difference.

Caterpillar Jam Bread

1. Add the milk, eggs, sugar, oil, salt, flour, and yeast in the main ingredients to the bread bucket in turn, and start the dough mixing program for 30+20 minutes

2. The reconciled noodles can basically come out of the film

3. Take it out and put it on top of the mat, because it’s just a shot, start shaping directly

4. Divide into four evenly large pieces, and each large piece is divided into two smaller pieces, of which the small piece is about one-third

5. Four large olives into long strips

6. Put in proper jam (I made hawthorn paste by myself), squeeze the edges, and grow into strips

7. Slightly reshape and rub to make it rounder and longer

8. Rub small pieces into thin strips

9. Wrap evenly on the outside of the jam bag

10. Wrapped up

11. Arrange evenly in the baking dish, insert two cranberries for the eyes

12. Brush with some water, sprinkle with coconut paste, of course, you can also brush with egg liquid

13. Put it in the oven and wait for fermentation. Observe carefully. When it is found to be twice as large, open the fire and roast it. Fire up and down at 175 degrees for 20 minutes.

Tips:

After the bread is shaped and fermented, pay attention to the degree of hair. After that, the taste and texture are not good, the hair is not in place, and it is not fluffy or tasty
