Catfish Grilled Tofu

Cut the fish into pieces, put a little salt, cooking wine, and pepper to marinate for 10 minutes.

Slice tofu and cut garlic and ginger for later use.

Put the oil in the pot to heat, and add the fish cubes.

Fry the fish on one side, turn it over, add tofu and fry together.

Add garlic and ginger to the tofu golden on both sides.

Put most of the ingredients in the water, add half a teaspoon of vinegar, one teaspoon of sugar, two teaspoons of light soy sauce, a little salt, and stew with a lid.
