Catfish Tofu Hot Pot

One catfish of about two catties, wash and cut into pieces, marinate for a few minutes with cooking wine to remove the fishy

Tofu cut into pieces and set aside

Slice ginger and garlic, cut each green and red pepper into large cubes, cut green garlic into long sections, cut dry peppers and set aside

Pour half of the pot oil into the pot and heat it to 80% hot. Now add ginger slices and garlic slices, then add dried hot peppers, and stir fry until fragrant.

When the color of the hot peppers changes a little, add the catfish and stir fry a few times until the color turns white.

Add two tablespoons of salt, two spatulas of vinegar, two tablespoons of bean paste and two tablespoons of chopped pepper paste, and stir well.
