Cauliflower Braised Lamb

Cut the leg of lamb into thick slices

Stir fry with hot oil

Add garlic, ginger slices and orange zest and stir fry

Add water and simmer
5.
The water is boiled to remove the foam

Add cauliflower and stir fry
7.
Add some salt to taste
8.
Add water and simmer for a while
9.
It’s ready to be eaten with water. Cauliflower absorbs the taste of lamb and is very sweet
