Cauliflower Fried Pork

Put water in the pot, bring to a boil on high heat, then put the cauliflower in, stir-fry for 2 minutes and then remove it. After removing it, put it in cold water.

Then cut the onion, ginger, garlic and chili, cut the meat into slices, and then marinate the meat for a few minutes with cooking wine and onion and ginger.

Put oil in the pot, add scallion, ginger, garlic, dried chili pepper and scented leaves.

Add the meat slices and fry the meat to make it fragrant.

Then add cauliflower and green chili and stir fry a few times.

Then add a small bowl of water, cover the pot and bring to a boil on high heat. After it is brought to a boil, add salt chicken essence and pepper soy sauce to taste, stir-fry evenly and it will be out of the pot.
