Cauliflower in Soy Sauce
1.
Put the star anise, pepper, and bay leaves in a cold pot with cold oil and fry them into a small fire to create a fragrance.
2.
Scoop out the sauteed spices and put them in a pot with chopped green onion.
3.
Add a spoonful of shiitake mushroom sauce, a spoonful of soy sauce, and three spoons of tomato sauce to the pot and stir fry over low heat.
4.
After sautéing the red oil, add the washed and broken cauliflower and stir fry evenly.
5.
Add a little five-spice powder, half a spoon of sugar, two spoons of light soy sauce and one spoon of vinegar to the garlic slices to make a bowl of juice and cook it in the pot. At this time, the cauliflower will have water. If you feel that the water is not enough, you can add a little water, cover the pot and simmer for a while.
6.
Finally, add an appropriate amount of salt and thicken it out of the pot.
Tips:
Since the cauliflower has not been blanched in advance, there must be a simmering process of more than five minutes. If it is blanched, you can skip this step.
