Cauliflower Rabbit

Wash the rabbit meat and put it in the cooking wine. Don’t have too much dark soy sauce. The dark soy sauce should be just the right amount to improve the color. If you add more, the color will be very dark and dark. Use salt and a little starch. Grab it evenly with your hands. Marinate 15 Minutes, wash the cauliflower and cut it for later use.

Slice ginger and garlic and spices, prickly ash in a bowl and set aside the seasonings.

Pour the oil into the pot and add the ingredients after 80% of the heat, sauté on low heat until fragrant, then add rabbit meat, sauté on high heat until the color changes, and the surface meat is cooked

Add the bean paste, a small spoonful of sugar and then stir-fry on high heat until it is fragrant. Add water to cover the rabbit meat and simmer in a pan for 15 minutes.

Add cauliflower and stir fry twice, cover the pan and simmer until cooked.

After the cauliflower is cooked, add appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, scallions and appropriate amount of oyster sauce to stir-fry evenly according to personal preference. After the pan is cooked, sprinkle with chopped green onion and eat.
Tips:
After adding sugar and oyster sauce, there is a very strong sauce aroma, without any spicy taste. This taste is very special. Anyway, I like it very much. And this is the first time I have tried this. It was a success!
