Cauliflower Stir-fried Bacon

Tips:
1. Cauliflower is best to use loose cauliflower. This cauliflower is easy to be cooked when fried, and it is easier to taste, and the taste will be much better; if you use the kind of firmer cauliflower, it is best to blanch it before frying. ;
2. Cut the bacon into thin slices as much as possible;
