Cauliflower with Tomatoes

Main ingredients: cauliflower, tomatoes, pork

Break the cauliflower into small flowers and soak them in light salt water for 20 minutes.

Cut the pork, green onion and ginger well.

Cut tomatoes into cubes.

Boil water in a pot, add the washed cauliflower after soaking and blanch until cooked.

Remove the cold water, then remove and drain the water for later use.

Heat oil, fry the chopped green onion, add the meat slices.

Add cauliflower and stir fry.

Season with salt and sugar.

Tips:
After the tomatoes are in the pot, it is not easy to heat them for too long.
