Celery Beef Congee

Wash and slice beef, add appropriate amount of oyster sauce, cooking wine, pepper and sweet potato starch, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Mince ginger and celery cores.

Wash the rice, add appropriate amount of water to the rice cooker to cook porridge, pour the cooked porridge into a casserole and boil.

Add the marinated beef and carefully stir the beef.
