Celery Beef Shreds

Fresh beef tenderloin, cut into shreds along the lines. Cut the celery stalks and celery leaves separately.

Join. Marinate with water starch and salad oil, and pat evenly with your hands.

Pour the salad oil into the pot, pour the silky beef, and fry until the color changes.
4.
Leave the oil at the bottom, add garlic and stir fry.
5.
Add celery stalks and continue to stir fry.
6.
Add the shredded beef and stir fry quickly for half a minute.

Add the soybean paste and stir fry quickly. Put some five-spice powder to increase the fragrance.
8.
Top with light soy sauce. Pour the celery leaves. Stir evenly to get out of the pot.
9.
The quick and delicious little stir-fry is ready.
Tips:
Beef must absorb enough moisture to be smooth and tender. We have a little more water starch. The seasoning should be simple.
