Celery, Carrots and Peanuts

Wash and dice carrots

Remove the leaves of celery, wash and cut into small pieces

Soak the yuba and cut into small pieces

Boil water in a pot, pour carrots in blanching water, remove and rinse with cold water

Boil water in a pot, pour celery into blanching water, remove and rinse with cold water

Boil water in a pot, pour the yuba blanched water, remove it and rinse with cold water

Add water to the pot, add peanuts, add appropriate amount of pepper and salt, and cook the peanuts

Drain the above four ingredients and put them together, add appropriate amount of salt and monosodium glutamate to taste
