Celery Dumplings

I added some coriander from my friend’s vegetable garden for Titian

Celery will produce a lot of water, so be sure to squeeze the water out of the cut celery

The meat you chop yourself is better than the ready-made ones bought outside.

I added two grass eggs, so I added some chicken essence, salt, light soy sauce and sesame oil because it was eaten by children.

I bought ready-made dumpling wrappers, because I don’t know how to roll them, and they don’t roll well.

Put the dumplings after the water is boiled. The dumplings are boiled first, and then add some cold water to cook them. Then simmer for two minutes and it will be out of the pot
Tips:
When mixing the stuffing, it must be mixed in one direction.
