Celery Dumplings

Pork belly chopped into meat

Roll out the dumpling wrappers or buy them for later use

Add water to the steamer, put the washed celery in boiling water and blanch it (no leaves)! Take out the celery and wait for it to cool and chop the celery into fine pieces! Add the prepared minced meat and celery with the right amount of salt, soy sauce, and peanut oil and stir well, then you can wrap it!
