Celery Fried and Braised Beans

Prepare a box of tofu.

Cut green and red peppers into shreds, clean parsley and garlic stems, and cut into sections for later use.

Dice garlic and cut green onions into flowers.

Cut the tofu into pieces and cut into a pan until it is shaped and slightly yellow.

Put oil in the pan and sauté the garlic diced.

Add green and red pepper shreds and stir fry to create a fragrance

Add parsley and garlic stalks and sauté.

Pour in tofu, add a small amount of water, mix in salt, light soy sauce, chicken powder, a few drops of dark soy sauce and stir well for one to two minutes to make the tofu flavorful. Finally, stir in thin water starch and stir well, sprinkle in chopped green onion and serve .
