Celery Fried and Smoked Dry

After the pork is shredded, add starch and cooking wine, mix well, and set aside. Cut celery into inch pieces, smoke and slice into thin slices

After the wok is heated, pour peanut oil, then add the marinated shredded pork and stir-fry. When the shredded pork turns white, add celery and stir-fry for a while, then add salt and stir-fry evenly

Finally, add smoked dry and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
Tips:
1. Use hot pan with cold oil to fry shredded pork, so that the shredded pork will not stick to the bottom of the pan;
2. Smoke-dried will have a slightly salty taste and is easy to smoke, so add salt before adding smoke-dried.
