Celery Fried Sausage

Cut the pure meat sausage into large pieces, put it in a pot and boil in cold water, cook for about 4 minutes;

Take out the sausage and cut into diagonal sections. Wash the celery and red pepper and cut into diagonal sections. Slice garlic, shred ginger and set aside;

Heat oil in a cold pan, put the garlic and ginger in the pan and stir-fry for a while, then pour the celery and red hot pepper into the pan and stir-fry together for about 3 minutes;

Sprinkle a small amount of salt, pour in the sausage and continue to stir fry for about 1 minute;

Pour in a small amount of water, after the water is boiled, top with light soy sauce, mix well and then take out the pot;
Tips:
Sausages are usually salty, so when adding salt, put less.
