In the past, celery was eaten only by the stems and discarded all the leaves. In fact, this is a big mistake. The nutrition and efficacy of celery leaves are not inferior to that of celery stems. Today, celery leaves, mushrooms and carrots are used to make a healthy and delicious pie. The meal is in one, which is quite good.

Celery Leaf Cake

1. Wash the ingredients

2. Chopped shiitake mushrooms

3. Chopped carrots

4. Celery leaves chopped

5. Put celery leaves, shiitake mushrooms, and carrots in a container and mix well

6. Add wheat flour and corn flour and stir evenly

7. Add salt, pepper, and cumin powder and stir well

8. Add appropriate amount of water and stir evenly into a cake paste

9. Add a little oil to the pan, fry the batter into the pan and enjoy it out of the pan
