Celery Leaf Egg Soup

Wash the tender celery leaves and squeeze into small pieces, beat the eggs in a bowl, mince the green onions, add starch and water and mix thoroughly.

Bring the water to a boil, add water and starch to make it owe.

Add chopped green onion, salt and pepper to taste, add celery leaves.
