Celery Leaf Quiche

Wash celery leaves.
2.
Chop into a container, add a little chopped green onion.
3.
Beat in the eggs.
4.
Beat up, add flour and a pinch of salt.
5.
Stir it into a batter.

Heat the pan with a layer of oil, pour the egg batter and spread it into an omelet.
7.
When one side is cooked, turn over and fry the other side until cooked.
8.
Take out the cut pieces and serve on a plate.
