Celery Leaves with Minced Garlic

Prepare materials

Wash the celery leaves and blanch them in boiling water for 2 minutes.

Chop the dried celery leaves into small pieces, add salt and vinegar.

Tips:
Celery blanching time should not be too long, otherwise the taste will not be good.
