Celery Meatloaf

Wash the fresh meat, chop with onion into minced meat; wash and drain the celery leaves, chop into minced celery; 2 slices of ginger, chop into minced ginger; chop pickled pepper and millet;

Stir in minced meat with minced ginger, minced celery, salt, sugar, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil;

Stir in the same direction until the minced meat gels;

Put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in a pot, add 3 slices of ginger and green onion;

Put the minced meat into patties and put them in the pot, preferably not stacked;

Add pickled peppers, pickled pepper water, spicy millet, the remaining salt, sugar, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, add barbecue sauce, and pour 400ml of water;

Close the lid, connect the power supply, press the "start" button, and select the ["receive juice" braised fish] function;

When the automatic cooking pot finishes cooking, there will be a reminder sound; turn off the power, open the lid, stir the ingredients and put it on the plate;
Tips:
1. If you don't like celery leaves, you can put other vegetable leaves or no vegetable leaves; don't put too much celery leaves, otherwise it will have a bitter taste;
2. The seasoning can be adjusted according to your favorite taste;
