Celery Minced Meat

Wash celery, cut and drain

Sliced ginger and garlic, cut off scallion

Wash lean pork meat and chop into minced meat

Add celery and stir fry

Tips:
1. This dish needs to be stir-fried over high heat, and the cooking time should not be too long
