Celery Salad

Cut the soaked yuba into inch pieces, peel and wash the carrots, pick and wash the celery.

The peanuts are soaked in water for two hours in advance, and a proper amount of salt and aniseed are added to the pot to cook.

Carrots, celery and yuba are all diced.

Sit in a pot, add celery and carrots after the water is boiled, (add a little salt to the pot) and remove the cold water for about a minute.

Pour the yuba in the boiling water and remove the cold water for a minute or two after boiling.
6.
Mix the 4 ingredients together and drain the water, add a little salt, monosodium glutamate, and sesame oil and mix well.
7.
I put homemade chili oil.

Finished product.
