Celery Stir-fried Beef

Soak the beef in cold water for a while, wash off some excess water, cut into thin slices, add half a spoon of salt and a little light soy sauce to marinate for two or three minutes

Wash celery and cut into sections, slice green and red peppers, and shred ginger

Heat oil in a pot and stir-fry the beef, stir fry quickly until the color changes, pick up and serve

Pour the oil in the pan again and wait until it is 70% hot. Add ginger, green and red pepper and stir fry for a good flavor. Add celery and continue to fry

Finally, add the fried beef and continue to stir-fry evenly, and then add a little light soy sauce to get out of the pot😋.
