Celery Stir-fried Beef

Cut the beef into thin slices, put it in a bowl, and marinate a spoonful of starch and a spoonful of soy sauce for a while.

Remove the head of the celery, remove the older leaves, wash and set aside.

Cut into sections and set aside.

Shred ginger and mince garlic.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add shredded ginger and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot and stir fry the celery.

Stir-fry the celery until soft, discard the salt in the next drop, and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in the fried beef and stir-fry evenly.

Out of the pot.
