Celery Stir-fried Dried Tofu

Soak the dried tofu skin, softly and shred. Slice garlic.

Cut celery diagonally.
3.
Heat oil in a pot and add garlic until fragrant.
4.
Add celery and bean curd, add a little water and simmer.
5.
Add salt and soy sauce and continue to stir fry.
6.
Stir-fry until the soup is all over and turn off the heat.
