Celery Stir-fried Dried Tofu

Cut the celery into inch sections, and blanch it in a pot of boiling water with salt until it is cut off.

Cut the fresh tofu into thin slices and fry until golden on both sides, then cut into strips and set aside.

Put the oil on the wok and heat it up, add garlic and stir fry to create a fragrance, add celery and dried tofu.

Put a pinch of salt.

Put sugar and chicken essence.
6.
Put a little soy sauce.
7.
Stir-fry until delicious.

Finished product.
Tips:
1. Cut the celery into inch sections. If it is too thick, cut a few more times.
2. Add a little salt when blanching the water to keep the celery green.
