Celery Stir-fried Fennel

Cut the louver into strips.

Wash and slice celery to remove the tendons, and wash and slice carrots.
3.
Heat the pan, add chopped green onion and saute until fragrant. Add carrots and stir-fry for a while.

Add celery and stir fry a few times.
5.
Add the venetian leaves, stir fry for a while, add salt and chicken essence to taste.
6.
Serve ready to serve.
