Celery Stir-fried Fungus

The greens needed to be washed. The carrots I use are grown by myself and kept in the refrigerator for more than three months. There are a lot of small nutrients.

The celery is cracked first with the beater, and then cut into sections. This makes it easier to taste. Carrot slices. Cut the meat into strips. Garlic is also used to flatten and then sliced.

Heat the pan and pour oil. Put the meat first, then put the thirteen incense, and stir fry the meat until it is cooked (there is no picture at this step). Then add the celery and carrots, flatten them for two minutes, add soy sauce, and fry for another minute.

Put the fungus and continue to stir fry for about two minutes.

Add slices that are well cut. Stir-fry for about a minute, then turn off the heat after the garlic is fry.

Tips:
I blanch the fungus in hot water after soaking the hair, so I don’t need to fry it for too long.
Fry the carrots first, the cooked carrots are more nutritious.
After adding garlic, there is no need to add chicken essence and monosodium glutamate, which has a more garlic fragrance. But there is no peculiar smell, office workers can do it boldly.
