Prepare ingredients

Celery cut into sections

Blanch the celery

Blanch the ginkgo too

Tips:
Ginkgo biloba contains hydrocyanic acid toxin, which is very toxic, and its toxicity is reduced when exposed to heat. Therefore, raw ginkgo biloba is easy to be poisoned when eaten.
