Celery Stir-fried Tofu

1. All ingredients: Celery, tofu, dried red pepper and green onion

2. Cut off the celery. If you don't like to eat the leaves, you can pluck all the leaves.

3. Shred the dried tofu, shred the chili, and chop the green onion.

4. Heat oil in a pan, sauté the chopped green onion, add a spoonful of bean paste and sauté until fragrant.

5. Add the chopped tofu shreds and stir-fry evenly. You can stir-fry for a minute on medium-low heat, then add the celery segments and stir-fry for another half minute.

6. Drizzle a little light soy sauce.

7. Add a little salt, the bean paste itself is somewhat salty, so you can add less salt.

8. Then add shredded red pepper and stir-fry evenly.

9. Stir fry until the red pepper shreds are broken and out of the pan. If you like something fresher, you can sprinkle some chicken essence before it comes out of the pan.
