Celery Stir-fried Tofu

Cut the celery into sections, and cut the dried bean curd into strips.

Add appropriate amount of cooking oil and saute the scallions and rice.
3.
Add celery segments and stir fry until the color is emerald green.
4.
Add dried tofu and stir fry.
5.
Add salt, chicken essence, and MSG thirteen incense, stir fry for a while, then serve.
Tips:
It’s best not to put soy sauce, so as to keep the original green and refreshing of the vegetables.
