Celery Stir-fried Tofu

Dried tofu slices, ginger and millet peppers are finely chopped.

Celery pinch off the old tendons and cut into small pieces diagonally.

Tips:
1: Dried tofu is fragile, do not stir fry frequently after cooking, just shake the pot slowly.
