This is a very refreshing and healthy cold dish. The ears are black fungus, white fungus, and celery salad. The black and white fungus has distinct colors and is paired with green celery to make diners appetite. Black fungus, white fungus (also known as white fungus), and celery are all good ingredients. Therefore, this cold dish has the effects of detoxification, weight loss, calcium, clearing heat, nourishing lungs, nourishing, lowering blood pressure, and preventing cancer.

Tips:

Cold water must be used to soak black fungus and white fungus.
The black fungus I use is autumn ears, and Xiaoduo's autumn ears are very suitable for cold dishes.
Blanching celery in light salt water and removing the blanched celery in cold boiling water can reduce the loss of celery nutrition and make the color of celery more beautiful.
The cold celery is mixed and eaten directly, so don't use raw water too cold, but use cold boiled water.
It is not advisable to add seasonings with heavy colors and flavors to this dish.
