Change The Pattern to Make Steamed Buns---【purple Potato Flowering Buns】

Make a piece of white dough: add yeast and a proper amount of water to the flour and make it into a dough with suitable softness and hardness, and then ferment it for later use.

Make a piece of purple sweet potato dough: After steaming the purple sweet potato, peel it and mash it into a puree, then add an appropriate amount of yeast and a small amount of water to make a dough and ferment it for later use.

The fermented purple potato dough was divided into small doughs of the same size. I made eight doughs and rounded each dough for use.

After the white dough is fermented, perform the same operation as the purple dough.

The prepared purple sweet potato blossom buns were put on corn leaves and woken up for a while. I woke up for 15 minutes.

Tips:
1. The surface incision can be slightly deeper, so that the flowers will be larger
2. The steaming time is determined according to the size of the steamed buns, and 20 minutes for my size is just right.
