Once a local tyrant of the editor went to Taiwan to travel, and every day in the circle of friends, how delicious the food there is. I rolled my eyes. Could it be that foreign moons are particularly round and rice from other places is particularly fragrant? Forget about it! As soon as I came back, I gave me a package of souvenirs. God secretly said that this is the best meat in the world. I swallowed my saliva and opened it. I almost fainted. It turned out to be vacuum instant noodles with braised pork!

But looking at her eyes, I can't bear to tell her that this braised pork is a home-cooked dish of our Chaoshan people! Braised pork is also called braised vegetables. It is a dish prepared by putting the raw materials after preliminary processing and blanching treatment in a prepared marinade. China is most famous for the lo-mei from the Chaoshan area. The so-called Taiwanese braised pork was spread to Taiwan by the Chaoshan people.
