Chaoyin Hipster: Pineapple Braised Pig's Trotters

Fresh pineapple, peeled and cut into pieces

Pour the trotters into the cooking wine, salt and soy sauce, stir and marinate for 20 minutes

Add water to the pot, add the trotters, add a few rock sugar and sour plums, and then add the pineapple heart to cook (don’t put the pineapple pieces temporarily)

When the trotters are cooked until the bones and flesh are easily separated, add the remaining pineapple pieces and continue to cook for 3 minutes
