Chashu Mushroom Spare Ribs Soup

Remove the mycorrhiza from tea tree mushroom, soak in clean water for 1 hour after washing

Cut into long sections after soaking

Cut the red dates with scissors on each side

Wash the ribs and control the water

Bring the water to a boil, remove the blood from the lower ribs

Rinse the ribs and add to the pot

Add tea tree mushroom

Add red dates

Add the water for making tea tree mushrooms to the pot, then add some water in an appropriate amount, add 2 slices of ginger, add a few drops of white vinegar, and cook on the fire. After the water is boiled, turn to low fire for 2 hours

Finally, add in the right amount of salt
Tips:
1. When boiling the soup, add enough water at one time. Adding water in the middle will affect the quality of the soup;
2. Add a few drops of vinegar when boiling the bone soup to dissolve the phosphorus and calcium in the bones into the soup.
